I went back to work today and oh how exciting! I was very happy to see all my fellas again and they greeted me with white smiles and big hugs. I spent my afternoon in the strawberry fields, weeding and bagging berries! It doesn't take much to amuse me. (though somehow school can't seem to fill that role).
Anywho, I'm officially moving in to our new clean place tomorrow as I am out of excuses to stay with Mom and Dad any longer. Hmph!
Entirely unrelated, here are some nifty things I've been enjoying lately.
Juicy oranges
Dad's new garden
Dock sunsets
And rainy day colors

The Stagnate Slapper
In lieu of his responsibilities and prior obligations, the Stagnate Slapper strikes again. In an exclusive interview, he shares his methods.
Objective 1: Locate an innocent bystander.
Objective 2: Lightly shove the victim.
Objective 3: Get the victim riled up and fighting back.
Objective 4: Punch, slap, or kick your victim.
Objective 5: Throw the victim to the ground and scamper off, laughing maniacally.

Objective 3: Get the victim riled up and fighting back.
Objective 4: Punch, slap, or kick your victim.
Objective 5: Throw the victim to the ground and scamper off, laughing maniacally.
The Stagnate Slapper admits that his methods can be rough and are best used on previously irritable, touchy, or ill-humored people. Though he prefers nighttime assaults, he will make exceptions for spontaneous visitors, unruly guests, and any who dare interrupt his napping schedule. Occasionally, when not feeling up to full on battery, he says he enjoys turning to abrasive socializing and verbal assault. His main methods in this context are to put down any and all people or business not directly linked to himself or his work. For example, "I have to call those crappin' cable people today." Or, "I'm not standing in that line. Crap on them!" and his favorite, "No crappin' way!"
In his spare time the Slapper enjoys woodworking, boat watching, eating out, and singing show-tunes to his dog, "Buddy".

Spring Time Things
It's hot already! I find it to be equal parts scary and lovely. I had an awkward amount of time in-between classes the other day so I went for a quick stroll and then sat in the cistern yard. I have no news to report, however I had a very busy school week and I am very happy to have the next one be a freeish week- apart from going back to work on Tuesday. Anyways, the big move went well and our new apartment is very nice and spacious and quite beachy! I'll take some pictures after Dad comes over to hang all of our art work. Ha!

What A Mess
Look at this disaster.
Before the cats, all of this paper was inside of the many boxes. The two plugs quickly remedied that and then, exhausted by their efforts, fell gently asleep.
Dad came by yesterday and cleared out all of our crapola. It's most barren in there now but our new place is very exciting. It's killing me to have so much school work right now as I desperately want to go hang pictures!! I must trudge through my myth test first and then I have the weekend to play house. I think these priorities are all wrong.

The End is Near
...for my school year anyways. I think it's just about six more weeks of cruel, harrowing drudgery before may-mester starts. Gee I'm so lucky. In more important news, its very springy and warm here and all the azaleas are blooming. Ellen and I are packing up our apartment as Dad has decided we are moving on Wednesday. Actually Ellen has yet to pack anything while I have packed my room, the kitchen, and bits of the living room. Really Ellen should do all of it. It's her big mess. Our new beachy apartment is all spic and span and ready for Ellen and her cat parade to stain, rip, and shatter things.
On account of the nice weather, I ditched class on Friday and went to the beach.
As for my work, I'm finally going back at the end of next week. It's been an extremely long three months of no paycheck and therefore no hot meals. I'm very tired of popcorn and clementines. The hundred-thousand strawberry plants are ready for pickin' so here I come! I'm very worried though as we had such a warm winter. What if the summer is hotter than last summer? What if I pass-out on a weekly basis? Perhaps I should take a dull, florescent lit, job with air-conditioning and paper work. Pssh! Nah! Bring on the heat strokes!

It was just perfect. Warm enough that you could always feel the sun, but the light breeze kept it from ever being hot.
I came home to some porch lounging, new flowers, Buddy time, and sassy remarks from Dad. T'was a most favorable day.

Back to Business
No more break. No more fun. T'was back to class yesterday though I skipped my first two on account of being in denial. Now I've got bunches of things to do and a large paper due on friday. Somehow, I'm just not that concerned.
My short break was filled with yard work chores and dock time. I have started an exercise regime, (Ha!) and I've done a little baking. I'm most excited about our new post-dinner daylight which as I have mentioned, makes me very happy. Everything is turning green again!!

Spring Break
As I am equal parts busy and lazy, I simply can't be bothered to try to entertain you with the nothingness of my days. So enjoys these little films. They make you hungry with a side of wanderlust.

New Month New March
To start off the new month, Ari and I went to Haagen Daz and got gigantic milkshakes that we took down to waterfront park. We scarfed them down and promptly received throbbing, achy stomach pains.
Even more to my amusement, Mom and Ellen had a little dance party in the kitchen.
